We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. Shipping All orders will be shipped within 48 Hours after getting processed. Depending on the size of package(s), JBM will ship your order via UPS ground service, FED-EX ground, or freight carrier appropriate for the package(s). Depending on your state, average delivery time is between 3 - 7 business days from JBM's warehouse in Orange, California. Cancellations Customer has the right to cancel any order prior to shipping for a full refund. For a fast response we recommend calling 1-800-595-5555 first, followed by an e-mail to info@sporttrucking.com. Once the package has left our facility, or is in transit, you cannot cancel your order. You must accept the package when it arrives and send it back to us, at your cost. If you fail to follow this, and you refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping charges we are charged for returning the package back to us. You will be credited back only when we have received the package minus the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee--which is plainly stated on each invoice. Damage or Shortage Please inspect all parts upon arrival. All shipments are insured, and any visible in transit damages must be claimed with the carrier immediately upon receipt of goods. Otherwise all damages and/or shortages must be reported to JBM within 2 days after delivery. Returns All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization) prior to shipping. All returned items must shipped freight prepaid by customer, and be in new or in re-sellable condition. Returned products must be packaged well and insured in order to qualify for a refund. All returns are subject to a 20% Re-stocking/Handling & Re-packaging fee. No returns accepted if the product is modified in any way or painted. No returns accepted after 30 days of receiving the merchandise. |
